After graduating from Novosibirsk Institute of Engineers in Railway Transport in 1976 he started working at Lenmetrostroy and approached Head of Tunnel Construction Department No10. Then he became Head of Kirov Mine Construction Department as part of Soligorsk Potash Mine Construction Trust who managed the construction of mining horizons of Rasvumchorrsky and Kirovsky mines and ore passes of open-cut high-grown ore mine Tsentralniy of Apatit production association. In 1996 he became First Deputy CEO and then CEO of OAO Apatit. He developed and implemented the Program of strategic development of Apatit for the period up to 2020 and also put into operation a number of production facilities. In 2001 he was assigned as CEO of ZAO PhosAgro AG.
It was Sergey who implemented the large-scale project of constructing the ore mining and processing plant from scratch on the basis of Oleniy Ruchey apatite-nepheline ore deposit (ZAO Severo-Zapadnaya Phosphornaya Kompaniya) as well as construction of the ore mining and processing plant at Talitsky site of potassium and magnesium salts.
Since 2013 S. Fedorov has moved to the gold mining industry and became First Deputy CEO of ZAO Polyus, where one of his main projects was the ore mining and processing enterprise based on Natalkinsky ore deposit in Magadan Region. In 2016 he was appointed as Executive Director of OOO Baikalskaya Gornaya Kompaniya, where he run a project for the development of Udokan deposit within Trans-Baikal Territory. Since 2017 he was Adviser to CEO of PAO Vysochaishy and the main project was to construct Ugakhan ore mining and processing plant in Irkutsk Region and Tarynsky ore mining and processing plant in the Republic of Sakha (Yakutia).
S. Fedorov is a full member of Academy of Mining Sciences, Doctor of Economics and laureate of the Russian Federation Government prize in science and technology and is also a full cavalier of Miner's Glory. He was also awarded a national decoration – the Medal of the Order of Merit for the Motherland of the second order.Also S. Fedorov is an honorary citizen of the town of Kirovsk.
After graduating from Geologic Faculty of Tashkent State University in 1977 with the degree in Geological Surveying and Prospecting for Mineral Deposits he started working on Kyzylkum Geological Exploration Expedition. During his work on Kyzylkum expedition being a responsible executor he compiled 10 production reports and took part in 12 reports as a co-author. In 1995 he participated in the project on mining gold by leaching from ores of Muruntau deposit with the volume of ore processing of 14 million tons per year, where he was Head of complex laboratory for the study of physical properties of rocks and ores. From 2006 to 2007 he worked as Chief Geologist at NBLzoloto consulting company.
In 2007 he joined IK Arlan as Chief Geologist and was in charge of geological exploration projects in Russia and Africa.
In 2010 he became CEO of AO ZRC Pavlik and led the company through all stages of development from geological exploration and supplying 150 tons of gold reserves to the state balance up to the construction of a mining and processing enterprise with a capacity of 5 million tons of ore per year.
V. Makarov is the author of 17 scientific articles (of which 5 are co-authored) in a number of specialized journals.
After graduating from Mining Faculty of Kryvyi Rih Mining Institute in 1984 he began working as a mine foreman of underground mining operations at Mamslyuda Mining and Processing Plant in the north of Irkutsk Region.
From 1993 to 1998 he worked in Nedra gold-mining cooperative, which extracted placer gold in Bodaibinsky district of Irkutsk region.
In 1998 after being appointed CEO of ZAO Vysochaishy, at that moment the subsidiary enterprise of OAO Lenzoloto he became one of the first leaders who arranged and started mining of ore gold in Irkutsk Region.
From 2004 to 2007 he worked at ZAO Grnorudnaya Kompaniya Sukhoi Log as Chief Engineer of the enterprise. During the period of his work members of the enterprise and services of Chief Engineer carried out the reconstruction of the ore-processing plant. Moreover in order to ensure quality control of the ore being mined the technology of mining operations in the quarry was optimized. After that the enterprise reached the indicators planned.
Since 2010 he worked at OOO UK Zolotye Proekty as Chief Engineer, from February to December 2018 as Executive Director and CEO. During the period of his work at the enterprises of the holding the reserves of Perekatnoye gold deposit were explored and put on the balance sheet in accordance with the established procedure, additional exploration of deep horizons and flanks was carried out, as well as revaluation of reserves of Karalveemskoye gold ore deposit. The system of control and optimization of ore flows was also introduced in order to ensure the required quality of salable ore delivered for processing at gold extracting factory.B. Yusimov is the author of mining and explosive inventions, he was awarded the Certificate of Honor of the Minister of Natural Resources of Russia, the badges Discoverer of deposits, Excellence in exploration, Honorary exploration of mineral resources and Honorary worker of gold mining industry of Chukotka Autonomous Region.
After graduating from Sergo Ordzhonikidze Moscow Institute of Geological Exploration Alexander started his professional career as a geologist at PGO Sosnovgeologiya in 1984 and reached the position of Chief Geologist, then he continued to work at FGUGP Chitageolograzvedka. In 1998 he was engaged in arrangement, management and conduction of anticipating and greenfields exploration for gold and other minerals. In 2001 he passed his Ph.D. defense.
In 2008 he became the Minister of Natural Resources and Ecology of Trans-Baikal Territory and was engaged in broad guid to functional and sectoral management of natural resources and environmental protection. In 2013 he joined the industry as Chief Geologist in Pervaya Gornorudnaya Kompaniya (Atomredmetzoloto), and then in Management Company Zolotoy Aktiv, where he dealt with prospecting, appraisal and exploration of gold and polymetal deposits.A. Tarabarko is the discoverer of polymetal deposit the Noion-Tologoi in Aleksandrovo-Zavodskoy district of Chita Region (now Trans-Baikal Territory) where he carried out all stages of geological exploration. For the discovery of the deposit in 1991 he was awarded the title of laureate of Geolbank prize of Russia. He was also decorated with Excellence in exploration of mineral resources and is an honored geologist of Trans-Baikal Territory.
After graduating from National Research Technological University MISiS in 2000 with a degree in Information Systems he had been working for the major mining and metallurgical holdings Rusal and Evraz.
In 2012-2013 he was Chief Economist at Scoremax Holdings Limited. The company owned the ore mining and processing enterprise in Armenia and gold deposits in Kazakhstan and Kyrgyzstan. During his work, he coordinated valuation of assets, development of business plans and construction of financial models. He ensured development and implementation of the company's budgeting and management reporting systems.
In 2014 he was appointed Project Manager at OOO UK Zolotye Proekty. He was responsible for planning and implementation of projects and works aimed at expanding the company's existing mineral resource base. In 2016 he was assigned as Director of Development of Karalveem mine (Chukotka). He implemented project for expanding and re-equipping the company's own geological exploration service, sample preparation department and assay laboratory. He ensured additional exploration of Karalveemskoye gold deposit flanks, which resulted in the state balance of C1 and C2 reserves as well as in increase of the resource base in accordance with JORK code.From 2018 to 2021 he worked as Project Manager at PAO Visochayshiy (GVGold). He developed and implemented the operational improvement program in Aldan business unit. The program included technical and organizational measures related to the increase of production and processing volumes, productivity growth and implementation of new technical and technological solutions at the enterprise. The program entailed business unit exceeding its metal production plan for 2 years, increasing productivity and recovery through implementation of new equipment and changes in existing business processes.
In 1998 he graduated from Krasnoyarsk State Technical University, majoring in Information Systems in Economics.
He started his career in Krasnoyarsk branch of the largest at that time company in Russia and Ukraine and was engaged in production and sale of footwear of in-house brands as well as distribution of global brands. For 12 years he worked his way up from Chief Accountant of the branch to Executive Director of the group of companies. He brought management accounting and budgeting to modern level, led automation processes of all workflows of the group of companies.
In 2012 he decided to change the area of business and headed Financial Department of the developing construction company. The company was engaged in construction work at fuel and energy complex, as well as in design and implementation of projects on industrial ecology. During his 7 years of work he completely built the work of Financial Department, implemented modern methods and tools of management of economics of construction. He led the process of forming technical assignments and the entire process of implementing the automated management system for a construction enterprise. He attracted financing, which allowed the company to increase turnover by 6 times and become one of the three largest private companies capable of building turnkey power plants. Five power units (CCGT) with capacity of more than 400MW each were built during the period of his work in the company . The quantity of employees was more than 3,000 people.In 2021 he decided to change the area of business to production again.

After graduation from the Geological Exploration Faculty of the Sergo Ordzhonikidze Russian State Geological Exploration University in 1991, he began his professional career as a geologist-engineer at the FSBI Institute of Mineralogy, Geochemistry and Crystal Chemistry of Rare Elements (IMGRE).
From 1993 to 2002, at the FSBI All-Russian Scientific-Research Institute of Mineral Resources named after N.M. Fedorovsky (VIMS), he took part in geological exploration in the Republic of Bashkortostan and the Irkutsk region. He worked his career way from an ordinary geologist engineer to deputy manager of the Department of evaluation of the mineral resource base of uranium in Russia.
From 2003 to 2007 in ZAO NPO Irgiredmet&Noion as a Chief Officer, he supervised such cycles of work as geological exploration with entering reserves on TKZ’s balance, expert examinations and construction of a heap leaching plant for gold at the Yuzik deposit (Republic of Khakassia).
From 2008 to 2010, he occupied various positions at the enterprises forming part of GC Renova. In particular, he participated in geological exploration in Kamchatka, the Kola Peninsula and Ural. He also supervised geological exploration in Mongolia, Namibia and Kyrgyzstan.
From 2011 to 2016, at OOO En+ Ugol, he was the head of geological exploration (gold) in Kyrgyzstan and was involved in protection of reserves and state expertise for reconstruction and construction of coal enterprises in Yakutia, Khakassia and Tyva.
In 2017, at OOO GeoSolutions, he held position of chief geologist for geological monitoring at the Berezitovoye, Uryakh, Nezhdaninskoye, Prognoz, Kutyn, Albazino deposits.
From 2018 to 2019, at AO VEDK (Eastern European Mining Company), he managed a project on state expertise and construction of a ZIF at the Khangalas ore gold deposit in the Republic of Sakha (Yakutia).
OP SN Gold Mining Kyra
In 1971 he graduated from Tashkent State University with a degree in geologist-geochemist engineer.
During the period from 1971 to 1987 he participated in geological exploration at exploratory sites as well as gold and gold-silver deposits of Western Uzbekistan, including Muruntau, Myutenbai, Besapantau, Kosmanachi, Daugiztau, Visokovoltnoe, Sari-batir, Asaukak, Amantaitau, Zarmitan, Mardjanbulak, deposits of Kokpatass ore field and others.
As a result of the work a number of promising gold and gold-silver exposures were identified.
Over the period from 1988 to 1993 he participated in long-hole drilling programme on the Muruntau ore field area, which resulted in confirmation to proceed with Muruntau field main ore reserves at the depth of up to 2 km. This gave an increase in forecast resources for P1 category of more than 1000 tons of gold.
Results of the work were published in one of the last issues of the journal Soviet Geology (1991) and included in Muruntau monograph (1998).
In 1994, as a foreman at Bateman Engineering, he worked on the project for construction of Muruntau heap leaching.
In 1995, after the construction was completed, he was transferred to SP Zarafshan-Newmont gold mining company, where he worked his career way from foreman to Refinery Superintendent.
In 2007 the company was rearranged into the heap leaching workshop of Navoi mining-and-metallurgical integrated works.
In general for the period from 1995 to 2007 the enterprise produced more than 165 tons of fine gold.
From 2008 to 2010 at the invitation of Geology Directorate of Zolotoi Division Severstalresurs (currently Nordgold) he worked as chief geologist of Aprelkovo Rudnik ZAO (Trans-Baikal Territory).
During the period of work in the company and with the participation of Vladimir Grigorievich prospect boring and technological ore sampling of Pogromnoye deposit was carried out, a feasibility study of final mining parameters of oxide ore with reserves calculation was prepared and approved by State Commission for Reserves of Commercial Minerals, a technical project for expanding the quarry of oxide ore was prepared and approved by ROSNEDR Central Committee for the Development of Mineral Deposits.
From 2010 to 2011, at the invitation of IC Arlan, he worked as chief executive officer at OOO Pavlik Gold Mining Company (Magadan region). During this period, a detailed exploration of Pavlik deposit was carried out by the use of core drilling (including boreholes drilling up to 650 m deep), technological mapping of ores, selection of a semi-industrial technological sample, study of concentratibility and physical and mechanical properties of ores and host rocks along with the development of small reserves of alluvial gold in overburden rocks.From 2017 to 2018, he worked as the chief geologist of ChitaResurs OOO (Zabaikalsky Krai), where he carried out the assessment of the Pilnenskoye gold deposit by means of trenching and drilling core holes to prepare the deposit for experimental-industrial development testing.
